What Tandem Signal does
Tandem Signal shows the performance of social channels (YouTube, Facebook and Instagram) in one report. The public demo shows channels that ThreeLines Co. runs itself.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, used to sign you in.
- Demo access: if you request the live demo, your work email address, its domain, and when you asked. We use it to send your sign-in link and may contact you about the demo.
- Connected channels: when a channel owner connects a channel, we read its public profile and its analytics: views, subscribers or followers, and post-level results. We request read-only access and never post, edit or delete anything on a channel.
- Access tokens: to refresh a channel's reports we keep its access token, stored encrypted and readable only by our servers.
Google user data
Tandem Signal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to show the channel owner their own reports. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the service providers listed below.
Who processes data for us
Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background imports) and Resend (email). They process data only to run the service.
Your choices
- Remove a channel: in the Channels tab, removing a channel deletes its saved token and reports from the workspace.
- Revoke access: you can withdraw access at any time in your Google account permissions or your Facebook connected-app settings.
- Delete your data: ask us to delete your account and any demo-access record through the contact page at threelinescompany.com/contact.
